What we do for companies

• ePO’s website www.epoinvestor.com acts as a central meeting place where Members can link to a company’s or broker dealers website.
• Members can review the company’s prospectus and decide if they wish to purchase shares of the IPO.
• We seek quality companies and only enroll IPO candidates that will qualify for NASDAQ or AMEX listing.

What we don't do

• ePO is NOT an underwriter and is not acting as a broker-dealer or agent of the company issuing the securities.
• ePO does not make recommendations nor does it offer judgments as to the merits of any issuers public offering.
