What is ePO?Dutch Auction TourInvestment Clubs Become A Member ePO Partners
Why ePO Dutch Auction?

For ePO Members (investors) it’s simple. ePO is the only place an Investor can participate in the purchase of IPO shares of a NASDAQ or AMEX listed company. All Members are treated equally through the IPO online bidding process. Once you become a Member you have access to all of the companies that use ePO’s technology to facilitate their IPO.

Think about it. Why has Wall Street excluded the small investor from buying IPO shares for over 100 years? If you ever tried to get in on an IPO, most likely your broker told you that either there are no shares available or that buying IPO shares was to “risky”. Well, if its so risky why can you buy those same shares two minutes after it the stock starts trading in the public marketplace? If you don’t believe us, check out Historic IPO Returns and see the results of IPO’s purchased by Wall Street insiders over the last seven years. You will see a distinct difference between “Total Returns” (the Insiders) versus “the Aftermarket” (small investor).

Why would a company or broker-dealer use ePO’s technology and database of investors to conduct their IPO? Well, the main reason is that there are many emerging growth companies that do not want to wait until they have a billion dollar valuation before they go public. Currently, the average IPO raise is $175 million dollars. Most underwriters seek large companies whose valuations warrant a $200 million dollar plus IPO. Most companies are valued between $700 million to over a billion dollars on a post IPO basis.

ePO’s philosophy is that small companies have a lot more growth potential than companies that already have a billion dollar valuation. ePO concentrates on emerging growth companies that possess substantial upside and are seeking to go public sooner rather than later. The ePO process provides the technology and investor database for companies who want to raise $10 to $100 million dollars and would qualify for either a NASDAQ or AMEX listing. ePO also saves companies approximately 80% of the costs and related fees of a public offering and provides a larger shareholder base that includes both US and foreign investors.

The ePO process provides a level playing for all ePO Members to be able to bid on each IPO. It is our Members who determine which companies they want to invest in. As an ePO Member, whether you have $1,000 dollars or $1,000,000 dollars to invest you will always be treated the same.
